OPS uses a proprietary Wall & Floor Lifting System that is safer, with no unnecessary holes in sheathing, and therefore creating a tighter building envelope. All floor panels use a unique lifting system that does not have holes cut into the floor sheathing. This eliminates squeaks, holes or unevenness under carpet and hardwood. Straighter framing with OPS also means virtually no off-square walls that might lead to complaints from other trades or the consumer.
